Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with facility protocols and state practice standards
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
• Maintain valid state licensure and comply with all facility credentialing requirements
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal identification upon arrival

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Must have or obtain a New Mexico caregivers account prior to assignment start
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at the facility at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior contract or travel therapy experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
