Schedule / Job Type

Contract (10 Weeks) | Nights | Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 36-Hour Weekly Guarantee

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Float within designated care areas as assigned
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per care plans
• Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to supervising clinical staff
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID and wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN / LVN license in the state of New Mexico
• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience
• Completion of original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
• Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law
• Local candidates only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a float or registry capacity
• Familiarity with LTC/SNF documentation and care plan protocols
