Job Title

Travel CVOR Surgical Tech (CST)

Aurora, CO | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Cardiovascular OR Surgical Tech supporting open heart procedures including CABG, AAA, TAVR, and valve replacements
• Function as part of a day shift team of three (2 RNs and 1 CST Tech) maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio
• Operate and manage GE and Stryker equipment within the cardiovascular OR setting
• Document and navigate patient records using Meditech and CPN EMR systems
• Provide float coverage within the facility’s supported campuses as needed
• Participate in on-call rotations as required; specific call requirements will be discussed during the interview process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current, acute care CVOR Surgical Tech hospital experience
• BLS, DORA, and NBSTSA Certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Proficiency in open heart surgical procedures is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Previous travel experience as a CVOR Tech in large trauma facilities
• Additional cardiovascular surgical experience beyond open heart procedures
