Travel Cath Lab Tech

Location

Aurora, CO | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 4x10s | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating on-call including two weekends and approximately 9–12 call days per 6-week period

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in a high-volume Cath Lab/EP environment with 4 Cath/EP suites and 8 holding bays, maintaining a 3:1 staff-to-patient ratio
• Perform and assist with procedures including LHC, RHC, EP ablations, pacemakers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, and tilt table tests
• Operate Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, and CardioLab EP equipment
• Support EP, Structural Heart, and Right Heart monitoring procedures
• Provide scrubbing and monitoring functions as needed throughout the procedural area
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of current Cath Lab Tech experience
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (R) required
• RCIS or RCES required
• Candidates holding RCIS or RCES must be willing and able to apply for registration as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ARRT (CI) or (CV) certification preferred
• Demonstrated scrubbing and monitoring skills and experience
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Experience in EP, Structural Heart, and Right Heart monitoring
