Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total nursing care plans for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and individualized care planning
• Provide care across a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and interdisciplinary patient care team members
• Maintain standards for professional nursing practice within the clinical setting
• Develop and support systems to ensure consistent, quality care delivery across patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma LVN or LPN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN Medical Surgical experience required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Applicants residing within 50 miles of the facility may be considered for placement under a modified rate structure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a regional referral center or multi-specialty hospital environment
• Familiarity with NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience providing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity Medical Surgical unit
