Registered Nurse – Dialysis

Location

South Burlington, VT | Outpatient Dialysis

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Sunday (no block schedules) | Shifts may vary between 8, 9, 10, or 12 hours as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to chronic renal (ESRD) patients in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Maintain flexibility with shift lengths (8, 9, 10, or 12 hours) based on unit needs
• Float to additional outpatient dialysis locations in the region as needed
• Participate in Saturday assignments as required by the unit
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active Vermont (VT) RN license required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience required
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable
• Reliable personal or rental vehicle required; public transportation is not accessible in this area — all-season or snow tires recommended November through April

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with ESRD and chronic renal patient populations
