Job Title

Physical Therapist – Adult Outpatient (Lymphedema Certified)

Willmar, MN | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4×10 or 5×8 | Start time no earlier than 7:00 AM, end time no later than 5:30 PM | No call, no weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to adult outpatient population
• Deliver specialized lymphedema treatment and management using certified lymphedema therapy techniques
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in accordance with clinical best practices
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records per facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Lymphedema certification must be in hand at time of submission
• Active Minnesota PT license required; pending licensure may be accepted
• Active BLS certification required
• Must commit to completing Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract, in person in Minnesota
• Candidates residing within 25 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an adult outpatient therapy setting
• Familiarity with travel assignment compliance requirements and documentation processes
