Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday with alternating weekend shifts; shift hours vary based on office needs (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 6–8 skilled home visits per day for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance patients
• Perform cardiopulmonary assessments, basic wound care, ABI compression dressings, wound vac dressings, and Pleurx/Aseptdrain care
• Provide IV therapy, PICC line and Midline care and dressing changes, SQ port access/deaccess, and lab draw venipuncture
• Manage high-risk diagnoses including heart failure, COPD, MI, pneumonia, and stroke, as well as post-operative care
• Complete OASIS documentation and self-schedule visits based on the needs of the HomeCare office
• Utilize provided technology including laptop, MiFi, and portable printer for documentation and scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or compact license required at time of submission
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Home health experience with OASIS training and experience required; private duty nursing experience alone will not be accepted
• Infusion experience and IV skills required
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for home visits
• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or have an exemption form on file; flu shot or declination required with mandatory mask wearing if declined
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Experience with wound vac, Pleurx/Aseptdrain care, and foley catheter management
• Familiarity with pro-time machine and glucometer use
