Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Wear a valid photo ID badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active PTA license in the state of Washington
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Expected 35 hours per week
