Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 5×8 or 4×10 Hours (7:00–17:00) | 2 Weekend Shifts per Month Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in a 46-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Support patients across a combined inpatient rehab and LTACH/ICU environment with a total of 56 staffed beds
• Document patient care and progress using the Epic electronic health records system
• Participate in weekend coverage, with 2 weekend shifts required per month
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska PT License or Compact PT License — compact license must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses may be considered
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• All requested time off must be disclosed and included at the time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or LTACH/ICU setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting platform
• Experience as a travel clinician with flexibility to meet varying facility scheduling needs
