Contract | Days | 4×10 or 5×8 | No Weekends (Some Saturdays may be required) | 15 or 18 Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex patients in an outpatient setting
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, scheduling expectations, and float requirements as needed
• Complete required facility modules prior to and during orientation as part of onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska Physical Therapist (PT) License required — compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
• All requested time off must be submitted upfront at the time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local applicants are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating neurological and orthopedic patient populations
• Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation
• Experience in a Magnet-designated or Level II Trauma hospital environment
