Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Wear a facility-issued or agency photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maine (or compact eligibility)
• Current, valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Completion of original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills in a fast-paced care environment
