Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of New Hampshire
• State or federal issued photo identification required to be presented at the facility
• Ability to fulfill a 15-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and time management skills
