Job Title

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Temporary LNA

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies
• Must carry and present a state or federally issued photo ID at the facility at all times and wear a photo badge during all shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of New Hampshire
• Ability to commit to a 16-week contract with mid-shift availability
• No more than 2 call-outs permitted; no no-call/no-show incidents for the duration of the assignment
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Ability to begin assignment as soon as possible
