Job Title

Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

Full-Time | Days | Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients in regaining functional independence in daily living activities
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Communicate patient status updates and any changes in condition to the supervising OT

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• NBCOT certification (COTA) required or eligible
• Experience or clinical training in a post-acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a post-acute or skilled nursing environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
