Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Document patient information and care accurately using EPIC
- Float onsite within skill set or to facilities within 40 miles as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or compact equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Willingness to float onsite or to locations within 40 miles as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to new environments
