Contract | Days | Every Other Weekend (may consider every 3rd weekend) | Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
• Perform neurological assessments using the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Float within skill set to other units or to sites within the surrounding area as operationally needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or compact equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Ability and willingness to float to sites within approximately 40 miles if needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced acute care environments
