MRI Technologist

Salem, MA | Outpatient & Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Nights | Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM; Saturday 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures across two rotating sites, including an outpatient imaging center and an acute care hospital
• Operate Siemens MRI scanner equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Perform phlebotomy as required in support of imaging procedures
• Document and chart patient information accurately using EPIC EMR
• Float between sites and units as needed to support departmental coverage
• Provide rotating holiday coverage as part of the standard schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification (MRI) or ARMRIT certification required
• Current CPR certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
• Proficiency with Siemens MRI scanner equipment
• Phlebotomy skills required
• Willingness and ability to float between multiple sites and rotate shifts, including holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in both outpatient and acute care imaging environments
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR charting system
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and strong interpersonal communication skills
