Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac/telemetry rhythms as part of ongoing patient assessment
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Float within the facility or to nearby sites within the same health system as needed, based on skill set

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin or compact license eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Ability to interpret heart rhythms and perform telemetry monitoring
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must be available to float onsite or to locations within 40 miles of the primary facility as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity Medical/Surgical environment
• Familiarity with multi-site or system-wide float pool assignments
