Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
- Float onsite within scope of practice or to nearby facilities within the region as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin or compact eligibility
- 2 or more years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Ability to interpret heart rhythms and perform telemetry monitoring
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Prior travel nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience floating to multiple units or care settings
- Strong adaptability and ability to work in varied clinical environments
