Contract (14 Weeks) | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge and presenting state or federal issued identification upon entry at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Vermont or eligibility for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary care team
