Job Title
Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Night Shift (Including Post-Partum and Baby Unit)

Newport, VT | Critical Access Hospital
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit, including Post-Partum and Baby Unit
- Float to other units within the facility as needed
- Care for overflow patients from the Progressive Care Unit
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in a Critical Access Hospital setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont or compact state eligibility
- Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
- Ability to float to other units and adapt to varying patient care needs
- Flexibility to manage overflow from a Progressive Care Unit environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Post-Partum and newborn care
- Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare setting
- Familiarity with Progressive Care Unit patient populations
