Job Title

RN – Emergency Department

Location

Panama City, FL | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Mid Shift | Every other weekend required | Holidays that fall on regularly scheduled shifts are expected to be worked

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient information and clinical interventions using Cerner EMR
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition throughout the care continuum

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Florida or compact license eligibility
• Prior Emergency Department experience required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays that fall on regularly scheduled shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS or TNCC certification
• Experience in a high-volume or trauma Emergency Department
