Contract | Days | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry and medical-surgical setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, including every other weekend rotation
- Work any holidays that fall on a regularly scheduled shift
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or compact eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a telemetry or medical-surgical unit
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
