Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
• Local candidates and permanent residents are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
