Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Wear a facility-issued or agency photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine (or compact eligibility)
• Must be local to the area — local candidates only
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from your employer
• Must obtain any additional vaccine doses where required by applicable law
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
