Contract (18 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Mid Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during evening shift hours in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by the care plan and supervising clinicians
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Participate in weekend coverage on a rotating every-other-weekend basis

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license valid in the state of Nebraska
• AHA or ARC BLS certification required (no other BLS certifications accepted)
• Must be available for a clinical interview prior to placement — please be prepared to submit interview availability upon application
• Nebraska DHHS background check must be completed within 48 hours of placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar care setting with evening or mid-shift scheduling
• Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
