Job Title

Echo/Ultrasound Sonographer – Radiology / Cardiology

Newark, NJ

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5×7.5 Hours (8:30–16:30) | Onsite | Expected 37.5 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms, fetal echocardiograms, and other diagnostic cardiac studies
• Must be proficient in Pediatric Echocardiograms
• Operate independently with minimal supervision in a clinical setting
• Complete non-billable orientation modules (approximately 1 hour for Allied staff) prior to start and annually as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Echo/Ultrasound Sonographer
• Pediatric Echocardiogram experience required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work independently
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ARDMS RDCS (FE) or CCI RCCS certification preferred
• Fetal Echocardiogram experience highly preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
