Contract (12 Weeks) | Nights | Sunday, Monday, Tuesday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with care plans
- Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity and quality of resident care
- Wear a facility-issued or agency photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification at all times while on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current, valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from your employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
- Expected weekly hours: 36 hours/week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with night-shift workflows and staffing in a rehabilitation or SNF setting
- Experience working as registry or agency staff in a clinical setting
