Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of general ultrasound examinations across a multi-room department
• Conduct vascular exams and paracentesis/thoracentesis procedures as directed
• Operate Philips EPIQ ultrasound equipment to acquire and document diagnostic images
• Utilize Cerner EMR and PACS systems for image archiving and reporting workflows
• Collaborate with in-house radiologists and department supervisors to ensure quality imaging outcomes
• Participate in weekend, holiday rotation, and on-call/standby coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification required
• RDMS (Medical Sonography) certification required
• RDMS OB certification required
• Ability to perform 8–16 scans/studies per day in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to participate in on-call/standby rotation and occasional weekend and holiday coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RVT (Vascular Technology) certification preferred
• Experience performing vascular ultrasound examinations
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR and PACS systems
