LPN – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (Travel)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting serving individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Support individualized, intensive rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s recovery needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services
• Monitor patient progress and contribute to ongoing care planning throughout the recovery journey
• Adhere to standards set by Joint Commission accreditation and CARF accreditation requirements for Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation and Stroke Specialty programs

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license valid in the state of Indiana
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience in a rehabilitation or related acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF)
• Familiarity with rehabilitation specialties such as stroke, neurological conditions, or spinal cord injury
• Experience working within Joint Commission or CARF-accredited facilities
