Contract | 12 Weeks | Days | 3×12 (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | Onsite | Facility work week: Friday – Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and applicable nursing standards
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the care plan and supervising clinicians
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license in good standing (South Dakota license or compact eligibility required)
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on an assigned Friday–Thursday facility work week schedule
• Ability to start within approximately 2 weeks of offer acceptance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into a new care environment
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) documentation
