Job Title

MRI Technologist – Radiology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | 8-Hour Shifts | On-call rotation included

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols and patient care standards
• Operate MRI equipment safely and effectively to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including approximately one day of call per week and one weekend call every five weeks
• Participate in holiday call rotation as required
• Document and manage patient imaging records using the facility’s EMR system (Altera Sunrise)

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (MR) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required
• New graduates are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2–3 years of MRI experience preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner or similar EMR platforms is a plus (facility uses Altera Sunrise, noted to be very similar to Cerner)
