Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location

Largo, FL | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 26 Weeks | Days | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Adhere to facility scheduling policies, including rotating every other weekend and holiday coverage with hospital staff
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled (shifts may include 7:00–5:30 or 8:00–6:30 coverage windows)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Follow facility protocols for scrub attire, parking, and unit-specific procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Ability to fulfill on-call, weekend, and holiday rotation requirements per facility policy
• Current BLS certification required; additional cardiac-related certifications may be required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an EP (Electrophysiology) lab setting
• Prior travel nursing experience in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Familiarity with HCA facility systems and protocols
