Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Nights)

Full-Time | Permanent | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialty professional nursing care for a variety of medical and surgical patients across assigned units
• Utilize the nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation — in accordance with professional standards and state regulations
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of up to 6:1, fostering individualized, relationship-based patient care
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered outcomes
• Adhere to facility mission, clinical protocols, and continuous improvement standards throughout all aspects of care

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing — required
• Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) License — required
• BLS Certification — required
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical inpatient setting
• Familiarity with integrated health system environments and care continuum models
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build meaningful patient relationships
