Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5×8-hour shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide audiology services across three Madison, WI-based locations on a floating basis
• Conduct evaluations and deliver patient care in accordance with facility protocols
• Maintain active Audiologist licensure and adhere to all compliance requirements prior to and during assignment
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Active Audiologist license required; license-pending candidates will be considered
• Must be willing to float between three locations within Madison, WI
• Must complete an OSHA Respirator Clearance and Fit Testing prior to start
• Must be clean-shaven for mask fit testing; CAPRs and PAPRs are not permitted, and no medical or religious exemptions are accepted — no exceptions
• Travelers may not work beyond one cumulative year without a minimum 6-month break before returning as a traveler
• Must live more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• One year of audiology experience preferred, though not required
• Experience working in a multi-site or floating clinical environment
