Occupational Therapist (OT / COTA)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily living and motor skills
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Washington
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
• Expected 35 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
