Contract | Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 5 x 8s | No Call | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention
• Establish individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques and tools
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques
• Develop individualized care and discharge plans and communicate them to appropriate parties
• Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants and serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent outpatient Physical Therapy experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5 years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Experience in an interdisciplinary or team-based care environment
