Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Support a safe and comfortable environment for patients throughout the shift
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Must be available for a 13-week contract commitment
- Must be available for day shift hours
- All candidates are subject to a clinical interview prior to placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively within a team
