Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night shift hours in accordance with facility protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as directed by the care plan
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN or LVN license in the state of Missouri (or compact eligibility)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work night shifts, including Tuesday through Friday nights as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or long-term care environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
