OR Circulator – Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties across a high-volume OR environment handling approximately 10–25 cases per day
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including total joints (hip, knee, shoulder), neuro and ortho spine, craniotomies, robotics, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, general surgery, and plastics
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical technology including the XI DaVinci robotic system and MAKO robotic-assisted joint replacement procedures
• Document accurately using the Meditech electronic health record system
• Participate in on-call rotation as required; call frequency is dependent on staffing levels and scheduling needs
• Float within a 25-mile radius of the facility as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1–2 years of OR circulating experience
• Ability to fulfill on-call requirements, including potential weekend cases
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel consideration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery platforms (DaVinci, MAKO)
• Background in total joint, spine, or neurosurgical cases
• Familiarity with Meditech EHR
• Experience in a community hospital or regional referral center setting
