Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy/GI

Contract | Days | Varied Start Times | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Cover all 3 phases of endoscopy care, including recovery of MAC sedation and procedural sedation patients
• Circulate during MAC cases; fulfill circulator or sedator role during procedural sedation cases
• Perform bedside procedures in the ER and ICU as needed
• Participate in weeknight, weekend, and holiday call rotation; 30-minute call response time required
• May travel between two campus locations approximately 7 minutes apart; no floating outside of the Endoscopy/GI lab

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of California (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy/GI nursing experience
• Experience with procedural sedation required
• Call experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with common Endoscopy/GI procedures including EGDs, colonoscopies, ERCPs, Bronchs, EUS, and PEG placements
• Experience working in a high-volume endoscopy environment
• Comfort adapting to varied start times and flexible scheduling
