Rapid Response RN – High Risk OB (Night Shift)

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 6-Week Assignment | Travel | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for high-risk OB patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee or a compact state license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in High Risk OB or a related specialty
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to start within 5–7 days of offer acceptance
• No special scheduling requests or time-off requests can be accommodated during this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior rapid response or travel nursing experience in a high-risk OB setting
• Experience with fetal monitoring and high-acuity maternal care
• Familiarity with NICU-adjacent workflows or perinatal care coordination
