Job Title

CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Location

Mayfield Heights, OH | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Evening Shift | 4×10-Hour Shifts, Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM | Expected 2 weekend call shifts per month (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures within a Radiology/Cardiology setting
• Operate and maintain CT equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation, with an expected 2 twelve-hour call shifts per month
• Complete required annual hands-on competency assessments and facility-assigned modules as scheduled
• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure quality patient care and imaging outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in CT as the specialty being applied for
• Active, permanent Ohio state license required at time of submission (compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/2023 and forward)
• All required certifications must be active with nothing pending
• One supervisory reference (manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director) in the CT specialty is required for submission
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (maximum of 2 attempts permitted)
• Must have no open background check cases; facility does not accept any license hits
• All non-nurse, non-CST travelers must be nicotine free — negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start, updated annually
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel experience in a CT or Radiology/Cardiology setting
• Familiarity with large health system protocols and compliance requirements
• Experience with ECG rhythm recognition in a clinical imaging environment
