Job Title

Physical Therapist – Adult Outpatient (Lymphedema)

Location

Willmar, MN | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4×10 or 5×8 | Start time no earlier than 7:00 AM, end time no later than 5:30 PM | No weekends, no on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to adult outpatient population
• Deliver specialized lymphedema management and treatment using Lymphedema Certification
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements including holiday coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Lymphedema Certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Active Minnesota PT license required (pending licensure may be accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of contract signing
• Must complete Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting in person within 48 hours of contract signing — this is a Minnesota State requirement with no exceptions; traveler is responsible for all associated travel expenses
• Must live more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent employees must have been separated from the facility for at least 9 months prior to returning as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an adult outpatient therapy setting
• Familiarity with lymphedema treatment protocols and complete decongestive therapy
