Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support individualized resident care plans
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, regulatory requirements, and infection control standards
• Wear a valid photo identification badge at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Alabama (or compact equivalent)
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required to be presented at the facility
• Completion of original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Ability to work night shifts for the duration of a 9-week contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced care setting
