Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients across assigned care settings
- Float between multiple facility locations as needed to meet patient care demands
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with facility and professional standards
- Wear a photo badge and present a valid state or federal issued photo identification at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Alabama
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability and willingness to float to multiple facility locations within the area
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
- Experience working in a float or multi-site staffing capacity
