Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time (1.0 FTE, expected 40 hours/week) | Rotating Day (~0730–1600) and Evening (~1400–2230) Shifts | Every other weekend required | On-call rotation participation expected

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pharmacy technician duties across rotating day and evening shifts, including every other weekend
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled (e.g., when assigned to a day shift, may also be scheduled on-call for the evening shift)
• Perform IV preparation and compounding as a core function of the role
• Register with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy prior to start date (as Certified Registered, Registered, or Registered Trainee, depending on qualifications)
• Float within the hospital campus as needed, potentially including an additional campus location

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License required at time of submission — pending licenses will not be accepted, no exceptions (Single State OH or Multi-State License)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy technology or a related specialty
• IV experience required
• Must be able to register with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy prior to start date
• No previous license disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local and local rates will apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred
• Experience in a hospital or acute care pharmacy setting
