Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Contract | Days | Every Other Weekend | No Call
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective treatment
- Document patient information and care accurately using Cerner OneChart EHR
- Prioritize and triage patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or compact eligibility
- Emergency Room clinical experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Proficiency with Cerner OneChart or comparable EHR system
- Ceil blue scrubs required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS and/or TNCC certification
- Experience in a high-volume emergency department setting
- Strong triage and critical thinking skills
