Job Title
Registered Nurse – Cancer Center (Full-Time, 0.9 FTE, Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation and analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, identifying expected outcomes and strategies to promote health and a safe environment
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team in the conduct of nursing practice
- Integrate ethical provisions and current research findings into all areas of nursing practice
- Systematically evaluate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice in relation to professional standards, statutes, and regulations
- Maintain timely completion of all required education, trainings, and certifications in accordance with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN, ASN, AAS, or AAN)
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including potential weekend and after-hours shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and meet the physical demands of a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN or BAN)
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
- Outpatient clinic experience
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) operating systems
